Group Play Discounted Day- Wednesdays

Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 6 children (crawlers and up) is required to qualify for the Group Play discounted rate. • 50% of the total group payment is due at arrival to receive the discounted entry rate. Remaining balance is due before play begins. • The group organizer must be present at check-in for the group to receive the discounted rate. • Discounted group rate applies to all children in the group except newborns and under 6 months, who play free. • Group Play is for open play only and does not include private space or party setup. • If fewer than the minimum number of children arrive, regular open play pricing will apply. • Late arrivals are welcome, but pricing is based on the number of children present at check-in. • Group Play reservations are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
