Thank you for choosing Eden’s Play Café to celebrate your special day! To ensure a safe, smooth, and joyful experience for all guests, please carefully review and acknowledge the following party policies:Booking & Payment Information
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to reserve your party date.
If paid online, only the $150 deposit is due upfront.
If booked and paid in person at the café, the full party amount of $400 is due at booking.
The remaining balance (if any) is due at the time of the party.
If payment is not submitted by the start of the event, the party will be canceled on the spot and the deposit will not be refunded.
Total capacity is 40 guests maximum (children + adults).
Maximum 12 children included at no additional cost; up to 14 children may be accommodated if requested and approved. Additional children may be added for $6 each, but the total guest count (children + adults) may not exceed 40.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If the party was booked and paid in full at the location, and the event is canceled with 48–72 hours’ notice, a refund of $250 will be issued. The $150 deposit portion will be retained.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for any refund.
Rescheduling requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Set-Up & Clean-Up
Eden’s Play Café staff will assist with initial setup (table coverings, seating arrangements) and post-party clean-up to ensure your experience is stress-free.
Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before your time block to set up or drop off any décor or supplies.
Decorations & Prohibited Items
To maintain safety and cleanliness for all guests:
NO alcohol is permitted on the premises.
NO confetti, glitter, silly string, or similar messy materials allowed.
Balloons and themed décor are welcome, but must not obstruct walkways or emergency exits.
Any items or activities deemed a safety hazard or excessively difficult to clean will not be permitted at staff discretion.
Party renters are welcome to bring their own decorations. Any decorations that need to be hung must use blue painter’s tape or wall-safe tape. Damage from tape or nails etc or adhesives applied directly to walls, ceilings, or furniture will result in a $150 damage fee, even if no immediate damage is visible.
Food & Cake Policy
You are welcome to bring in outside food and drinks for your party guests (excluding alcohol).
Cakes and desserts are allowed and encouraged—please bring all necessary serving utensils and storage items.
Allergen-friendly options and clearly labeled foods are strongly encouraged, though Eden’s Play Café is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by outside food.
Eden’s Play Café does not provide, prepare, or serve food for private parties. All outside food and beverages brought onto the premises are the sole responsibility of the hosting party and their guests. By bringing or serving outside food, the host acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Eden’s Play Café is not responsible or liable for any food-related illness, allergic reaction, or injury that may occur from the consumption, handling, or serving of food or beverages provided by the host, their guests, or third-party vendors. Eden’s Play Café staff will not portion, serve, heat, refrigerate, or handle any outside food.
Safety & Supervision
All parents and guardians must sign a participant waiver before being allowed in the space. All children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult during the party.
Eden’s Play Café is a socks-only facility for both children and adults in play areas.
Party guests must follow all posted play area rules.
Any damage to café property caused by party guests may result in additional charges.
Damage Policy
Any significant damage to Eden’s Play Café property, including the party space, furniture, or toys, caused by the renter or their guests will be billed to the party renter for repair or replacement.
If party guests create excessive messes—as determined by Eden’s Play Café staff—that require additional cleaning, the party renter will be charged a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Any further damage caused by the party renter or guests (children or adults) to the party space or other Eden’s Play Café property will be charged to the renter accordingly.
