Important Information
Registration & Payment

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your child’s spot.

Remaining balance is due prior to the first workshop day.

Registration is not considered complete until deposit/payment is received.
Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable due to limited enrollment and supply preparation.

Cancellations made 7+ days before the workshop start date may receive a credit toward a future EPC program/event.

No refunds or credits will be issued once the workshop has started.
Attendance

Workshops begin promptly at the scheduled start time.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in.

Missed workshop days are non-transferable and cannot be refunded.

Workshops are designed specifically for ages 9–12 to ensure projects and instruction remain age-appropriate and engaging.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

This is a drop-off style workshop unless otherwise noted.

Parents/guardians must sign children in and out each day.

Prompt pickup is appreciated to help us reset the space for other programming.
Clothing Reminder
Art can get messy (in the best way). Please send children in comfortable clothing that can handle paint and creativity.
Behavior & Participation
We aim to create a positive, encouraging environment for all participants. Repeated disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from the workshop without refund.
Photography Notice
Photos/videos may occasionally be captured during workshops for Eden’s Play Cafe marketing and social media. Parents may request to opt out in writing prior to the workshop.
Small Group Experience
Enrollment is intentionally limited to keep the experience calm, creative, and personalized for each child.
