Here’s your step-by-step guide to making the most of your EPC party:

Step 1: Plan Ahead

Start with the basics:

Pick your theme (keep it simple — colors, a favorite character, or seasonal vibes always work).
Choose your guest list — our space is designed for 12 kids + their grownups (and few additional family).
Send invitations early (we love digital invites through HobNob — easy + cute OR a simple text with an image made in Canva can do the trick).

💡 Tip: Don’t overcomplicate the theme. Balloons, colorful tablecloths, and themed plates can create a “wow” effect without the overwhelm.

Step 2: Gather Your Essentials

Here’s what to pack to make setup smooth:

Table coverings
Plates, cups (lidded ones for kids), napkins, utensils
Food & drinks– simple is best: fruit, sandwiches, or catering trays.
Cake & candles
Serving utensils – cake server, knives, tongs
Decorations – banners, tabletop accents, balloons (no tape on walls, confetti, or glitter).
Party favors– optional, but kids love a little take-home treat.

💡 Tip: Pre-pack everything in boxes or labeled bags (“decor,” “food,” “cake”) so unpacking is quick and organized. We also have a wagon to help bring in items and for packing up!
