Eden's Play Cafe is a vibrant indoor play area designed to provide a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children while offering a relaxing space for parents. We are dedicated to creating a welcoming community hub where families can connect, and children can play, learn, and thrive.
We are seeking a responsible, energetic, and friendly Part-Time Guest Experience Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and ensuring their safety and enjoyment. You will be responsible for supervising play activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing excellent customer service to parents and guardians.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure guest are aware of the safety rules and guidelines.
- Engage with children and adults in a positive and interactive manner when necessary.
- Conduct regular safety checks of play equipment and areas.
- Clean and sanitize play structures, toys, common areas and restroom.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up for events, parties, and workshops.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to parents and guardians.
- Enforce all facility policies and procedures.
- Report any safety or maintenance issues to management promptly.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time.
- Must be comfortable with bending and stooping.
- Must be able to pick up and move objects up to 30lbs.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Child-care experience preferred but not required.
- CPR certification is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to engage positively with guest.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
